Experience in retail sales and Cosmetics. (1 yr minimum or cosmetology certified), must be passionate about all things Beauty. Responsible for maintaining a high performance team through educating, coaching, motivating, and appraising performance. To set, communicate, and monitor team’s productivity and service goals, monitor associate productivity and service levels, and provide on-going feedback. To manage the team’s schedule within budgeted hours and based on business needs. To assign Beauty associates their day-to-day tasks and direct their work, relative
to sales and service techniques. To exercise independent judgement in the hiring, promoting, assignment, and compensation of the Clinique team.
