Job Duties:

Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning, etc)
Sweep parking areas as needed
Remove trash from receptacles and replace trash liners, wipe trash can lids
Spot clean all spills/ messes on sidewalks
Physical strength and dexterity to lift, move and handle equipment
Follow all health and safety regulations
Strong verbal and written communication for discussing maintenance issues
Organizational and time management skills
Job Outline:
A Janitor’s duties and responsibilities can include general cleaning of a building and keeping it maintained and in good condition. This can include vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing restrooms, taking out trash and recycling, and washing and cleaning windows and mirrors. Great attention to detail which assists with keeping the facility clean. They are also motivated, responsible, independent and have excellent time management skills.

Deberes de Trabajo:

Limpiar y suministrar áreas designadas del edificio (quitar el polvo, barrer, aspirar, trapear, limpiar las rejillas de ventilación del techo, limpiar los baños, etc.)
Barrer las áreas de estacionamiento según sea necesario
Retire la basura de los receptáculos y reemplace las bolsas de basura, limpie las tapas de los botes de basura
Limpie todos los derrames/sucios en las aceras
Fuerza física y destreza para levantar, mover y manejar equipos
Siga todas las normas de salud y seguridad.
Fuerte comunicación verbal y escrita para discutir problemas de mantenimiento.
