Smart Cartes & Wheelchairs
Sunset Mall now has Smart Cartes strollers available for rent located just inside the main mall entrance off the Loop and next to Ulta and Fitness 1440.

Stop by the Mall Management Office to borrow a wheelchair, available free of charge for use by mall shoppers. A $20.00 cash deposit is required to secure that the wheelchair is returned to the mall office. The mall office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays. Please stop by the Security office to borrow a wheelchair on the weekends.
Handicapped parking is provided for our guests near all mall entrances and anchor store entrances.

Rideshare
Rideshare is now available at Sunset Mall. The pick up and drop off locations are at the North Main Entrance off Sunset Drive and the South Main Entrance off Loop 306. Open your favorite rideshare app and get going!

ATMs
There is an ATM located at the South entrance near Kay Jewelers and another ATM near Chick-Fil-A.

Free Play Area
A Children’s Soft Play Area is free for play to children. There is also seating for parents. The Children’s Soft Play area is sponsored by Shannon Medical Center and Foster Communications. The Children’s Soft Play Area is located in front of JCPenney.

Kiddie Rides/Change Machine
Kiddie Rides are available near Concho Valley Martial Arts, Marshalls and Conn’s.  Some of the rides have a change machine. The stores do not offer change for rides.

TDD Telephone
TDD telephone service is available at the Mall Management Office.

Restrooms
Public, handicapped accessible restrooms are located near the Mall Management Office.

Mall Management Office
The Sunset Mall management team is housed on the property and is here to assist shoppers. The Mall Management Office is located down the hallway between American Eagle Outfitters and Journey’s Kidz. Office hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. Monday through Friday and closed on Saturday and Sunday.  The phone number is (325) 949-1947. After-hours security number is (325) 650-3147.

Mall Hours
Sunset Mall is open for shopping Monday through Saturday 11 am – 8 p.m. and Sunday 12 noon to 5 p.m.  The mall’s hours may vary during holidays and special events.

Mall Paging
Customer service representatives will gladly page customers for the convenience of our shoppers. To have someone paged, please stop by the Mall Management Office.

Lost and Found
A lost and found area is located in the Mall Management Office. Please call (325) 949-1947 or stop by the Mall Management Office.
