Smart Cartes & Wheelchairs
Sunset Mall now has Smart Cartes available for rent. Stop by the Mall Management Office to borrow a wheelchair, available free of charge for use by mall shoppers. A $20.00 cash deposit is required to secure that the wheelchair is returned to the mall office.

Gift Cards
Think outside the gift box, give a Sunset Mall gift card. Gift cards are available in a variety of prepaid amounts between $20.00 and $300.00 and are accepted by all stores that accept American Express. The funds never expire, and cards are replaceable if lost or stolen. Gift cards can be purchased at the Mall Management Office, and we gladly accept cash, American Express, VISA, Mastercard, or a corporate check. Sorry, no personal checks. ( A $2.00 fee is charged for each mall gift card purchased. Amex pre-loaded gift cards $25, $50, $100 have a $3.95 fee and the $200 gift card has a $9.95 fee.)

Handicapped Parking
Handicapped parking is provided for our guests near all mall entrances and anchor store entrances.

ATMs
There is an ATM located at the South entrance near Kay Jewelers.

U.S. Postal Service
Pick up service from the U.S. Postal Service is available at the drop box by the Loop 306 entrance.

Kiddie Rides/Change Machine
Kiddie Rides are available near GNC. There is also a change machine.

Public Telephones
Public telephones are located near the Marine Recruiting office and near the Stargate Arcade.

TDD Telephone
TDD telephone service is available at the Mall Management Office.

Restrooms
Public, handicapped accessible restrooms are located near the Mall Management Office.

Mall Management Office
The Sunset Mall management team is housed on the property and is here to assist shoppers. The Mall Management Office is located down the hallway between American Eagle Outfitters and Journey's. Office hours are 8 a.m. - 6 p.m. Monday through Friday; 10 a.m. - 6 p.m. Saturday; and closed on Sunday. The phone number is (325) 949-1947. After-hours security number is (325) 650-3147.

Mall Hours
Sunset Mall is open for shopping Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. - 9 p.m. and Sunday 12 noon to 6 p.m. Walkers may access the mall starting at 7 a.m. daily. The mall's hours may vary during holidays. The mall is closed on Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Fax Service
A fax machine is available in the Mall Management Office. Outgoing faxes are $2.00 for the first page and $.50 for each additional page. Incoming faxes are $1.00 for the first page and $.50 for each additional page.

Mall Paging
Customer service representatives will gladly page customers for the convenience of our shoppers. To have someone paged, please stop by the Mall Management Office.
